"Spanky" the drummer

Bumped in to George "Spanky" at the barber shop. At the moment he is touring with Lady Gaga as her drummer. Really cool dude and was digging the whole "Sneakers and Videogames" project. Spanky has drummed for Kanye West, Queen Latifah, Carl Thomas, Whitney Houston, Common and the list goes on (Can't remember too many). Any ways, view the video below from drummer world.

Dj Neil Armstong @ Alife

Dj Neil Armstrong (Jay-z) was in town to dj at Fortune. Heard before hand that he was coming by to Alife but wasn't too sure if he would and just as I was about to leave work he came through. It was cool to hang out for little while he was checking out Gastown.
